I got one from Ebay USA was a crap fit, ended up using a heat gun to get the right shape and lots of filing it back! got it in the end. It was Kazespeed they offered refund if sent back but cost more than the purchase on the postage.

just pay the extra money to get the original Honda lip... all painted and it's a direct fit...

didn't even need aligning it or having something to hold on to it... it fits so perfect, the rubber seals just sucks onto the bumper without any screws or anything to hold it in place.... then took my time to bolt/put screws on...

OEM is best, as the aftermarket ones, rub the front bar. I had to have mine resprayed and then did it proper with an OEM lip.

I just got a quote from Honda, an AP1 OEM lip painted and installed all up $850. Is this a good price?

It takes 2 seconds to install yourself.
It cost an average of 200 for a panel beater to paint.
So 600ish for a lip. Upto you man. Honestly, it's not worth it.
I bought a lip from ebay along time ago abit it fit fine so I'm not so fussed.

However I have had a bad fitment kit before on my old car and I hated it, but then again its only a front lip. Front lips cop the most damage so I wouldnt go genuine with it.

I brought mine from ebay for around $180 or so posted. I got it painted when I got a few extra things painted & they fitted it for free. Looks amazing on the car and ended up costing me less then $300 painted & fitted! I got the uthuraine one so if i rashed it on a curb it wouldn't damage it as much!

Hope this helps!

Looks like their charging you about around $200 for the installation. It's really only a 15-20min job end to end.

OEM lips are expensive and i just broke my lip. I was thinking of going either one of these three.

Old Amuse style lip http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160307249713&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&viewitem=

CF oem style http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270314814662&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&viewitem=

Or just a OEM style non genuine one.

The OEM is classy IMO, but i'm partial to the Amuse.

Depends on the look you want IMO.

If its any consolidation, I had both the AP1 lip and the Amuse lip painted and put on my car one afternoon, but I preferred the look of the Amuse lip and thats what I went with.

Thats my 2c.

Just stick to original parts man, dont waste your time with generic crap.. its just gonna cost you more and cause more headache for ya.. trust me, if you want a new lip you'll save yourself heaps of trouble with the original part

Brand new Genuine AP2 Lip from Honda was about $730 IIRC. Well worth the money over copies. I think i got quoted $630 for the ap1 lip from Honda... I was just curious to know the price diff.

Ive had a both genuine and aftermarket, the genuine one fits better and doesn't require painting also easier to install, you also get the rubber so it doesn't rub against your front bar.

$699 for front lip, i just got quoted on.
