Not sure about the 88 accord. You can do 5 stud conversions to cb accords using 5th gen prelude/oddysey parts though.

I thought you had to get aftermarket hubs ?

Does this apply to CD accords too or just the CB ?

Concept should be similar for the 5th gen accord. Suspension is basically the same. Here's a link.

There are a couple of ways of doing it.
