Replacing Guages on FD

I have a Civic VTI and was wondering does the VTIL dashboard guages have a inside-outside temp gauge and also a trip meter that gives L/klms fuel consumption. I miss this feature I had on my Corolla

from memory, it has the outside temp mate..
