View Full Version : Will i void my warranty if i put coilovers?

Question Guys,

I want to lower my car 2" with coilovers, will i void my warranty?

I did a search and couldn't find any answers.

it will void the warranty of any parts it replaces , or directly or indirectly affects.

For example , your suspension will NOT be covered , nor the wheels or subframe or brakes etc. How about you contact honda themselves for a direct answer?

I shall ring them tomorrow.

Just alil weary, cant be too careful with those dealers! they might link everything back to the coilovers.

well , if say your fuel pump fails they CANNOT blame your coilovers ! You get my drift :)

I got quoted $1650 for buddy club coilovers + installation.

U reckon they're cheap?

I'm in the same situation. I want to lower my fn2 with coilovers but dont know if it'll void warranty.

Yeh where did u get that price, i didnt even know buddy club made coilovers for the FN2

it might be "BC" coilovers - can the OP clarify what brand it is , and what price it is without installation ?

somethings wrong with my clutch but they woudnt fix it and blamed it on my lowered springs.

LOL. How the ? Ask for a full report as to how its connected.
