Okay im running 205/50/16 on my EM1 and i just lowered it on BuddyClub N+ coilovers.

I'm liking the current height that its sitting at.
- front lip about 12 cm off the ground
- Tyre tucked just under the guard (cant see top of tyre)

I can go in a straight line fine but when i turn quickly or over a bump it scrubs hard.

what can i do to stop this?
- lower profile tyres? 45? 40?
- roll guard?
- otheR ?

anyone else running 16inch rims want to share their setup?

205/50/16 is already a wrong size on EK. go 205/45/16.

if the offset of ur wheels are aggresive/low, rolling guards wont help.

u may try stiffen up the N+ , but go for the right sized tyres and see how that goes.

i think 195/45 would be good.
scretches the tyres abit.

Try using 205/40.. still rubs for me.. though my car is pretty low.

otherwise stiffer sways and/or springs to stop excessive roll and wheel movement.

hey mate, i've got N+ and running 205/45/16. I've got roughly a two finger gap and its rubs sometimes if i go too fast over a bump or turn too hard with a full car. But generally no scrubbing if you drive normally and turn normally. I had the N+ on f4 r4 back then and have it on f6 r6 now and it holds up firmer around the corners so i don't scrub as much as i used to when i corner hard

dont be soft.
set it all to +15 stiff, front and back.
run 205/40 r16 on a +42 wheel, and drop it on the rim :)
i never scrubbed and i did no work to the guards or anything.
so therefore i dont see why others will get scrubbing at all.
btw, only problem is you will touch the ground when you have a full car, when you hit a bump. but who has passengers anyhow...

goodluck with it
