I've been looking at this forum for a few years now, always unable to join because my email addresses were always for Hotmail or other free email sites. I even messaged in a few times asking if there were anyway around it. I finally got an email address through my service provider though, so here I am.

My name is Amelia (or Amy). I've been into Hondas for awhile and have had this one for over five years so far.

I live in the US and my car is an EJ8 (we call it an EX).

I guess I'm sort of at a loss for words otherwise though, so here is my car.

No, I didn't paint my rearview mirror. That's the Mugen Room Mirror Cover. It's prepainted Milano Red.

Oh, and as far as my name, I prefer Amelia, but a lot of people have an easier time remembering "Amy", which was my childhood nickname that I can't seem to shake now (boyfriend always introduces me as Amy).

What are your regular forums you frequent?

I used to be a member on d-series.org for a year.Great site! and I really enjoyed my time on there because I was totally new to the internet then.I couldn't handle it now.TOO MUCH attitude.Nothing like honda-tech but.

I'm actually on Honda-Tech.com a lot. I'm also on NWP4Life and ClubCivic, but not as much.

I've found that most of the attitude on Honda-Tech is in GDD and Appearance/Cosmetic.

It's the General Discussion and Debate section on Honda-Tech.com. It's like a lounge, only the people in there are often old members who no longer have Hondas and have tired of the attitudes of the newer members.

lol I don't know about that.

You guys do have B16s in hatches, stock. Ours all have D16Y7s, SOHC non-VTEC 1.6s.

Oh, and what do you guys call my lip kit there? I saw someone with the front calling it a Type R lip kit, but it's not.

its called a honda access lip no longer available from honda discontinued

welcome plus u drive on the wrong side of the rd too

I thought I saw someone else calling it that in another thread.

I know what the lip really is though. In the US it was the 1998 Civic coupe optional lip (front and rear - sideskirts are also part of the kit, but are the same as others, just painted to match the car).

i stand corrected, also your foglights are pretty cool~barely anyone has them here~and our mirrors are different from your ones aswell
Thanks. They're JDM OE foglights.

We call the mirrors "elephant ears". Everyone here wants the folding type ones. I'd like the power folding ones since my car is already fully loaded with options. Having manual ones would feel out of place.

My understanding is some European countries have heated power folding mirrors as well.

Recently I was trying a Gmail account. It wouldn't allow it. In fact, when it rejects the email address I believe it mentioned Hotmail as being unacceptable.
