k&n pod

I drive a honda integra 99 vtir, and thinking of fitting a custom made pod into it.
will this kinda of pod fit into it?

not sure because it says Type R not vtir.

is it also worth changing it? my friend recons i wont be able to hear the engine. lol

OH and also does the airbox cover need to be put on or can it be put out in the open?

it will fit
u will just have to adjust your intake arm to suit
it is a worth while mod , u also have to remove the resonator box
once u do this u will hear the vtec/induction noise
u will have to cover the box back up to avoid a defect

Whats the resonator box? and why do I have to remove it? adjust my intake arm exactly what do you mean? just fiddling with it till it fits?

lol resonator box is in the bumper big white box that joins onto your air box
