Do not let Wheel Cleaner sit on wheels for too long, you dont want it to dry on the wheel. Make sure to properly torque the wheels.
Totals cost for marterials is $20 for Mothers Wheel Cleaner, $13 for Mothers Chrome Polish, and $8.98 for Kitten Tyre Rejuvenator, all found at Supercheap.
I highly reccomend the mothers range, and I'm very happy with the ability to remove the stubborn grime my wheels had on them.
