You can get touch up paint from any auto store... eg: autobarn, supercheap auto etc...

just tell them your colour code and they will mix it for you....

cost roughly around $10 - $15

ur welcome... b4 you go buy touch up paint... how deep is your scratches??

if they are not to deep try using scratch X you can also buy it from the places i mention before...

or if you have a buffer try buffing it out...

reason i am saying this is because touch up paint ain't that great.... looks good from far but close up you can still see it....

touch up paint only good for little chip marks caused by stones....

but then again you are going to spray it later on anyways so touch up paint will do the trick until you respray the area again when you can afford it...

you buy a spray can which comes with a brush from supercheap or autobarn. it is a paint which forms the same colour on application with your factory colour.

That stuff actually works?

yeah there is a few that are only minor but a touch up paint will help too.

I recently bought some touch up paint from Honda, in a small bottle with a brush for $20 odd. Good thing is... it's a perfect match. :D

hrm, might go visit supercheap auto or something soon, had a guy rear-end my car, then taken it to get the bumper fixed, the panel beater gave a shitty job and a bit of the paint is flaking off where the bootlid meets the bumper :(

supercheap doesnt mix paint. autobarn does.

although supercheap may already have your colour you need

I would suggest going to the Honda dealership as they at least (read: hopefully) should have the exact colour for your car, or at least should be able to order it in.

Speaking of which, I discovered stone chips this afternoon. I will see what the dealership can do at the 1000km health check.

+1 Honda Dealership touch up paint is always perfect match perfect shine. Especially with silver.

Tried Autobarn silver (cheaper and more) with proper paint code appeared more dull, but close but not perfect.

Well i did mine.... my closest Autobarn couldn't mix paint... So i went to the lesser known Peps Auto Spares :-) they mix paint into a Spray can which is a plus cost me $29.95

Not as glossy as original but you people can decide

A layer of clearcoat would bring up the glossy look.

Not bad mate, Probably should of sanded/bogged the surface before applying paint, this would of gotten rid of the cracked line where the original paint meets the touch up paint. I second the above as a gloss finish will probably only be achieved if a clear coat is applied, but really you can probably buy that in a bottle from supercheap/autobarn as well. I'd probably go for the LEAST amount of gloss finish, as you may find your touch up paint has a much brighter gloss finish than the rest of the car. either way a bit of cut and polish would probably be handy as well.

Can touch up paint fix this? Not likely :( How much do you think this will cost to fix?

Is that the whole bumper or just the damaged areas? Someone did this to me at a parking lot. :(
