Mugen Intake enquiry

Hey guys,

Planning to use abit of my next pay cheque on a sexy mugen intake for my 2001 AUDM dc2r.

The compatability on nengun states that its for Honda Type R (DC2/DB8 96,98R) Integra Type R - DC2 .

Would this be considered compatible for my 2001 AUDM DC2-R? Would there be any differences?

Has anyone bought a mugen intake from nengun before.

but it will fit i wouldnt worry.

the one i ordered from them is 17200-XG9R-K1S0 so i guess it is the one. u might want to email them if it is for dc2r with abs just to be sure.

funny they put up the "5 weeks wait" note up top right after i got mine. i emailed them on the 3rd and 4th week about the order and the parcel came on the 5th week. lol

well if i was you i would go to a mod shop and order it from them. they tend to get things way faster. im the impatient type i pay for it then i want it in the car asap! if your in victoria On The Run motor sport (OTR) should be able to do this nicely. mugen intakes are really nice but to loud in my opinion. just dont like getting the attention of the cops prefear a ARC air intake. but thats just me.

I personally would definately not buy it off Nengun. They are quite exxy. PM me, i'm sure I can get it cheaper and much faster.

Mugen intake is well worth it man!

That will be the one that is suitable for your car but as the others have said, try to get a quote from the traders here as nengun delivery time seems to be quite long. Also, try contact taki at perfectrun.com as he is normally quite cheap and quick.

Thanks for the replies guys. I will go on a quoting spree now. Ive only read good things on mugen intake, especially the noise =]

Cant avoid the cops anyway, HKS silent exhaust cannon is soo big they will stop me to test decibels only to be embarrased that its not loud at all.
