Eg civic brakes lights

Hey guys and gals,

The brake lights on my eg civic hatch wont turn off... Just wondering where to start looking or what could be causing this problem??

Where about can i find the brake light switch? I only just bought the car and am still familiarizing myself with it. This is the first honda i have owned!!

look just above where the brake pedal is and there should be a switch there

Make sure when you remove it (IF you remove it) that you put it back on the EXACT SAME WAY that you took it off, PERIOD!

Where the brake booster is inside the cabin. There is a gold 12mm nut that u can adjust to move the pedal away a bit from the little nip that turns the brake light on and off when u release the pedal or step on it. its where the brake booster connects to the brake pedal with the pin and cotter pin etc.
