Do anyone know any good Spring for 02 EP3 R for a good 2.5'' drop or should i gp for 3'' drop?

I'd say, save up and get a good set of coilovers that are height adjustable.

Lowering your car that much with springs will be death for your dampers. You will be bouncing off the bump stops constantly, and I don't think you will even find an off the shelf set of springs that will go that low.

Why mess up the quite nice stock handling of an EP3R?

If you must go that low get coilovers.
