depends what kinda quality you want it dude...all those air flow test and bla bla bla...if you wanna do that, better prepare all your Big Lobe cams, Valve seal, Valve Retainers, Valves and so on....do it one shot to save more money rather than you put in and take it out again...
a proper job..hmmm...1k? or more....including all the workmanship and testing and fitting...and don't forget...you need new gasket...haha...that is like..ehh...250aud already...hehe...
tell me if i'm wrong or i've been rip off...hahahhaa...

a proper port n polish would be close to 1k. It also needs to be done on a flow bench otherwise its pointless.
A properly ported head can turn a good motor into a great motor.

how much power increase do u get ??
How long is a piece of string?? ;)
It is all relative to the other mods..... head work can also be done to attain gains in specific areas ie. midrange topend etc. so I suppose you could also ask the question where am I likely to see the gains of P&P.

you don't get much power when you do Port and polish only, and normally people thinks that port and polish the head is good enough, but i dont think so. Vtec is suppose to have "Smooth AIR" to optimise the performance...so = TB enlarge or change, Manifold as well...Port and polish head...hahaha...soo it doesn't come out cheap at all...
if you expect like 10hp gain?..ermm....i think you're be looking around 6k the expensive way...means that all after market parts...
but you can bore up the TB and change the Flap, Bore up the intake Manifold, and port the freaky head...do not oversize by too much...1-2mm is relatively good...probably you will be looking around...ehh...less than 2k...for a close to 7-10hp gain..hahaha...
yes..thats honda alrite...expensive yet low hp gain...hehehe...unless Turbo....
