Not Happy Jan!!!! - Side mirror kicked!!

Hey guys... had my passenger side mirror kicked off in the city bout a week ago on my DC5R!... pissed me off so much!... why cant people respect others property!! grrr:mad:

Anyways... the part that broke is the grey plastic bit that holds the mirror to the car (side mirror is ok)... honda brand new want $465 for the whole mirror assembly as u cant get that part on its own!! :(

does anyone know where i can just get this part?? or of anyone i can call to source one.. even 2nd had... or wreckers etc??... im out Essendon (NW) way... thanks guys!

there are a minor who are jealous of other peoples property, so they have to damage it to make themselves feel big.
honda is always goner over charge, best bet is wreckers...there was a wrecked dc5r being parted out on the parts for sale section by "Her0" i think. try ask.

How do you know it was kicked and not just hit by a car?

Go and speak to some of the wreckers - one of them should be able to help you.

maybe there was a footprint on the mirror

maybe the person kicked it so hard, his shoe came off, so there was a shoe next to his car...

cause it was parked in a car park for one car!! ( in a lane way in the city) :(

lol @ burak.. there was no shoe tho!!
