hey guys .. just wanted to know if the ITR AUS spec cats , any better then a standard eg si cat because one of my friends got a spare or am i just better off buying a high flow cat ?

Your better off buying a high-flow metal cat ie. Magnaflow.
Most stock cats are restrictive.
