header and cat backs

can anyone recommend brands for:
4-1 headers or
cat back exhaust

ehh, I'll probs get told I dunno what I'm talking bout etc etc... but as far as cat backs are concerned, go get a cheapish press bent 2 1/4. Shouldn't cost more than $200 headers, well I'm just getting X-Force, but some of there stuff can be shoddy, so check it out yourself for workmanship.

get a cat back exhaust plus muffler cost you around $300 included parts + labor.....a DC sport header cost around $500-$600......i suggest dont need to get the overpriced Jap brend.....save money to get sth more important like sway bar and suzzy. :D

JUST cat-back piping, whether it be press bent or mandrel bent will not increase POWER...only noise.

TO free up flow + gain any kw's get a replacement header...most header designs under the $500 only save on weight anyway...
