B16A Piston Rings

Hi, just had my block and head reco'd also got the mech to source parts

got crank shaft bearings, conrod bearings, and piston rings

now... the mech has purchased Hastings Piston Rings but states on the box B18A

need to know has he stuffed up or are they compatible...

i mean its a engine reconditioners... could they really have messed up?

B18A rings fit B16A/B16A2 - they have the same part number
