Does New Civic Type R come with an Alarm as standard?

Does New Civic Type R come with an Alarm as standard? it doesn't say on the website or brochure.. only says immobiliser.

No, i checked honda's site and redbook doesnt have anything in there

I just rang up the dealer..

apparently it does have an alarm... silly how they don't post on any of the specs.

The guy said a Honda Jazz has an alarm as standard... so the type R would have it too.

Weird...

Just test it, roll your windows down, lock it up make sure the keys are far away as possible and unlock it with your own hands, it should go off, happened to me with my type s

It does have an alarm as standard.
Came as a surprise when I did the above test

Cool... just worried cos my gf has signed the deal already, and we forgot to ask about an alarm. We only remembered after when we were driving home.

Thank god don't have to spend more $$.. wonder if it is it worth getting wheel nut locks? ~$50 for a set of 5

is this same with accord euro~my freinds one does have alarm.

but i have never heard my own one alarm. it has gay red light. but has never made a noise

i guess its either not very sensitive or no one has tried anything on your car ????

i tried the good ol tire nudge, didnt work. but on my freinds euro which is from same dealership and bought same time, his alarm goes off straight away. no warning either
