I'm going to be installing my new coilovers next week some time. Is it possible to post the above info a bit bigger as I can't read it.

Do I need spring compressors and a torque wrench for this?

if u r installing a brand new unit, without any tophats, then yes u need spring compressors to get the old top hat off, to put onto the new setup.
if its a plug and play (complete assembly), then all u do is plug and play.
torque wrench, i used to use one, but things ended up being too loose. now i just tighten the fockers.
