hey guys.. im thinking of running my car at the creek soon ... i have a d16a8 motor on a eh9 sedan... just wanted to know what youve guys got.. MODS,STRIPPED OR NOT STRIPPED, STREET TYRES OR SEMI, and any tips for the launching?

standard to lightly modded you will probably see mid to low 16's.
turbo it if you want to pull into the 14's

thanx guys....benjammin yeh im thinking of doing d series turbo but im still in the law bull*hit far out.. is there somehow i could get away by hiding it or soemthing like that?

no way.


all you need to know , is short of a turbo kit or b series conversion , there is no way your car is going to be fast at all.

haha i did a 15.8 with a pod in my EG hatch
stipped - Rear seats , Passenger Seat , Spare tyre
Tyres = BOLD LOL.

was first time i went there..

i remember yonas telling me he ran mid 15s with basic mods.

haha yes thats true .. he ran a 15.1 a while back he said with I/H/E , clutch , flywheel and unichip!

blady fast.. hoping to get same as him ! :)

i dont thin he ran , previous owner ran. Also ran 1.15 @ wakie fairly quick.

I ran 15.1 down the 1/4 mile

anyway you can run a low boost setup and get some decent numbers and a fun car for not too much money.
