Did you take off the whole Front bumper as per instructions or just push out the old emblem and super glue the red one in?

I Just popped off the old one and Sikaflexed the new one one. Managed not to damage the front badge if I ever wanted to go back (not that i will). The rear one got damaged though. I didn't want to go to a lot of trouble to do it.
You'll need to break the pins of the new badges too. If you d a nice clean break at the base, there's no need to sand it down or anything.
Cool..
Hah. yeah. I was reading the proper installation instructions for the emblem replacement and it's actually quite alot of work.
