or go to fitter and turner , he might be able to make you a key?

had the same problem. asked jdm yard and they couldn't do much about it.

there's someone on ebay (from melbourne) who sells the keys. all you have to do is take a pic of one of your lock nuts and send it over to them and they'll send you a key to suit your lock nut.

otherwise, just buy another key and sand or grind the bump in it down and it'll fit (what i had to do)

what lock nuts are they?

rays?
kics?
random?

easiest way if its rays plenty of people have them.. if not then get a friend to buy a set and share it that way ull save money buying another locknut anyway.. :D

I misplaced mine once (found it since) I just got a massive allen key that fitted. Does the locknut look like an allen key would fit it?

If u have a spare lock nut, u could probably take it somewhere and have a key made up.

Mate, it is probably just a big allen key.
if it is DO NOT buy a key to fit this from a wheel/tyre shop.
reason- They sell you the ones which come with the wheels which are made from aluminium, these will be rounded after u take off your wheels about twice without a rattle gun.

If its an allen key take it to TOTAL TOOLS or a decent hardware store (not bunnings) and take the lock nut in. they sell really strong allen key bits which fit onto 1/2"drive ratchets. YOU WILL NOT round these!

and if you do, lifetime replacement warranty (from total tools) if you keep your reciept.

I went through 3 of these $15 crappy aluminium allen key ones (they are chrome painted) and the all got rounded quickly. I went to total tools, picked my new one up for $12 and the quality is 20 times better.
