p1 carrying passenger rules

ok, i thought i read somewhere or hear that, you can only carry one passenger between the age of 16-21

so i just went to the side, and it goes noone under the age of 21 or 20.

anyways, so i need 2 drive like my gf, which is 17, and two kids, 12 and 11 or something.

im going for a bit of a trip, minto -> bankstown. if i get pulled over, and im guna get fukt?

is the restriction in place due to
1. avoid deaths of ppl under 20 whilst passengers with a p1 plate driver
2. avoid deaths by peer pressure?

think its a bit gay if i can't drive two lil kids home..

The restriction only applies from 11pm to 5am, you can only have 1 passenger under 21.

the age limit is one passenger 16 to 21. under 16's and over 21's are fine to carry as are siblings and immediate family. hope that cleared it up
