am i assuming the wrong thing do you mean the one that goes in between the intake manifold + the cylinder head? (which has 4 port holes + a coolant hole on the side)

Here is a brief guide.
I am typing it from work and don't have a visual so can't remember what else was done and if i missed anything.
DETAILS BELOW
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: This is only a guide, Ozhonda nor myself will be responsible for any damage to your car.
Please take care and make sure you are careful when working with the car.
1. Remove the intake plastic cover which are 2 closed bolts 10mm.
2. 12mm bolt w/ bracket which you can access inside the engine bay but have to lean over from left side of the car
which holds the RBB intake manifold in place loosen that w/ socket wrench or whatever suitable (but don't drop the bolt)
or you have to remove undertray splash which is a pain. (you need to feel the RBB and where the bracket + bolt is located before you do it)
3. Climb under the car and get a drip bucket(clean one so you can pour it back in if you don't have extra coolant), drain a portion of the coolant (white twist plug similiar to those fruit cooler wines).
I did it the hard way i couldn't be stuffed and got a bit of coolant around the engine bay. Not a biggy but better with no mess.
3. Undo the Fuel rail sensor or (don't know what its called) on the driver side of the RBB intake manifold which gives you access to one of the bolts.
4. Undo the bolts from the RBB > Cylinder head w/ 12mm socket and gently(fuel rail is stiff) slide it out until your able to slot in the Hondata IM gasket. (Not the middle section of the RBB)
5. Once slotted in, bolt back everything up in order (Do not overtighten all bolts or you will shred the thread), top your radiator fluid up and reservoir.
6. Run your car for 5-10mins and check your radiator again and top up if required.

and the fluoro green line is the one where your gasket is meant to sit next to the block.

In the 2nd pic what does the blue line indicate and the blue arrows (bolts) must be loosened as well?

#1 should be intake manifold plastic cover, not rocker cover.

Thanks aaron, i typed it in a rush! edited. :p

The blue line is if you had purchased the K24 IM gasket manufactured by P2R.
Cause P2R comes with 2 K series IM gaskets.
One that goes on similiar to HONDATA (between block + IM) and other that goes in the middle section of the RBB as you can see from the 2 lines in blue and green.
In result it is meant to reduce heat on the IM but unless you do the TB coolant bypass then it'll still be pretty hot. Another thing using it, it helps slightly as it gives slightly more volume to the IM prob not noticeable but logically.

doesn't take long... but don't forget a driptray for coolant cos the old hoses are stupidly hard to get off. mine's only 4 years old but i think 4 years of melting the rubber... i dunno. top hose was ok, but almost snapped the bottom one off. ive got clumsy hands so while i was fiddling with the bottom hose i knocked a clamp off and got a face full of coolant
booyeah

Let me know when you have it on hand. :p
But work off the basis of what i have written except you should remove all hoses and attachments from the RBB.
In addition you need to unbolt the fuel injector cable connector + yank the fuel injector out and replace them into the RBC.
Another pain in the ass is the coolant line you may need extra soaking clothes cause the under and above coolant line is a bitch need to tighten so it doesnt leak, which i found out the hard way as i didnt want to stuff the thread found the car 1 week later with minimal coolant.

yeh rofl, not becase the hoses are hard to get off but the fact that you don't want a mess in your engine bay.
But for him he doesnt need to remove any coolant lines within the engine bay only needs to drain from bottom, unbolt and fiddle around until he can slot it in.
Yummy coolant tastes salty :p

I'd give installing the Hondata gasket around 6/10 difficulty, only because if you have no idea like how i did then you'd take a bit longer.
But recommended if you had hondata/p2R gasket and RBC IM do it together as you won't have to waste another few hours another day. :p

Does the bracket from the RBB fit onto the RBC? You're definitely gonna have to help me do this soon :o

no it won't fit because the positioning is different.
The weight difference imo from the RBB > RBC is quite significant, maybe 1-2kg... haven't checked but from lifting it up.

aren't you glad your not down in adelaide.... 45deg i think.... :p
Can't remember how i did the TB bypass. i think i pulled it and then held it up high with my finger blocking the hole then plugged it back in after. Didn't get too much coolant around.
What course you studying btw?
giant_mongrel

you used your finger? i had vise clamps on the tubes, flicked the release on one and all hell and coolant broke loose. it was like having a baby in my engine bay except the blood went everywhere and i didnt have a nurse
you'd think with my excellent engineering knowledge id be doing mechanics, but no im doing med... why...

if you take that american indian tradition of naming the baby after the first thing you see, then the baby is a Croatian/Romanian mix and I named her Tebiphcic...
that stands for - The Engine Bay Is PHucking Covered In Coolant. I tossed her this morning. http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2009/01/29/2477064.htm?section=justin
