Hello all,
Just joined this site, have been in Perth WA for 3 months and missing my car more than my woman. I have a 05 ep3 in siver about 40k little dink in door, and am trying to get approval to import. So my question is parts and servcing can you go to main dealers or is it finding a small shop that does high performance There seems to be a shortage of these cars for sale is it WA or where they not imported for the Australian market. Also when my baby arrives are there any cruise meets in the Perth area?

Hey mate. Welcome to Oz and to the forum. EP3's were never officially sold by Honda so all the ones you see here have been imported from Japan. So EP3 parts (except those shared with other Hondas) are pretty hard to come by. But that hasn't stopped many of us purchasing an EP3 as they are such awesome little cars.

There are few in perth but all JDM spec EP3, I got one of them hehe, don't worry about taking car to dealers, they will just rip you off, small tuning shops are the way, I take my car to Cypher industries, very good and friendly shop with lots of knowelage about hondas, anyway if you need more info or help pm me, we also have car club "vtechnique", boys organise meets, cruises, track days ect

Pommy, im in the same boat as you. Im in Sydney and have my CTR EP3 on its way from the UK. I have done it through a RAW import rather than a personal import. Just make sure the car is standard before it arrives as this will save alot of agro when it gets here. Let me know how you get on with yours
