Civic servicing costs

Hi guys,
I'm planning to buy a honda civic for a first car despite my family being used to buying toyotas, and would like to know how the service costs compares to the toyota one. can anyone shed some light on this, and also if you purchased an 09 civic recently, can you please tell me about your deal. THANKS!

In regards to servicing:

Look it doesn't matter what ppl say here... every dealer is different... some Honda dealers will charge less than some Toyota dealers and vice versa. Get of the internet and make some phone calls.
