WEll yeah ok i know what a bit of it means like the wheels and the lips n shit but the ecu and extractor dont mean alot to me and yeah its that civic why?

just coz ive seen it thats all. lol
extractors they are 4-2-1... so 4 from the engine, into 2 into 1 which is pretty self explanatory. they are basically one of the first mods you would do.. depending on brand its hard to say the quality, but would just help a bit performance wise. it will feel a bit more responsive and alot better in the mid to high rev range.
the skunk2 chipped ecu may be a cheap ecu off ebay, which are basically a load of sh*t, which basically f**k the engine. so just ask about it.
if it is the genuine skunk2 ecu which is fully programmable basically all it does is alters the fuel and timing maps for various engine combinations utilizing the mods on the car.
im new to this all so im learning myself so im sure someone else will fix me if im wrong

Update according to the dude selling it its got pod exhaust ecu chip and headers.

all that is still fine for a p plater! wont have any issues.
well there wont be much else you will have to do.
intake/headers/exhaust are the first mods most ppl usually do.
i had a b16 and it went well, had pretty much the same set up, apart from the ecu.
jap spec is a bitt of a bonus.
for a p plater, i think its good. get it checked and good luck with the buy.

It's P plater legal as it's not turbo... as CRXDEL501 said, the ecu "alters the fuel and timing maps for various engine combinations utilizing the mods on the car"... aftermarket headers makes the car more responsive... meugen lip alone gives about 5kw... LoL...

Everything seems pretty decent, only thing you need to find out where the engine swap was done and if it was by someone who knew what they were doing... some guy's might do a dogdy in the backyard and not hook everything up properly...

Just a question, I'm on P plates in QLD too and thought that you weren't allowed cars with modified engines, i.e transplants?

engine transplants are fine as long as the change in displacement isn't over 15% the capacity of the original engine.

So a 1.6L into a GLi is fine
