Hi all,
I'm looking to lower my DC5R on TEIN SS, but only to lessen the gap between the guard and the wheel. Not too fussed about performance as i know it will outperform the stock sussy anyway.
1. Would it be advisable to get a camber kit?
2. Can i get away without one?
3. What are consequences of not having one?
Your clarification is much appreciated!

there is no RWC in NSW. You mean blueslip? technically yes you need it to pass legally.
but 99.5% of people dont and do it anyway.
Sorry! i thought RWC stood for rear wheel camber. Edited

If a subtle drop you dont need a rear camber kit.

Depends how much you drop it... but you'll notice if there is exessive camber.
Are you still rolling on OEM 16's?

Maybe an inch or so gap between wheel and guard? 1.5inch drop maybe?

As your already running 17's, you'll defiantly notice if you need a camber kit or not. Whoever fits/aligns your sussy will tell you you need one if its way out.
But if your only lowering it by a bit you should be fine.
