No unfortunately,It's a special edition only(at this point in time) for the U.K and European markets.

The Renault R26 was available in AU...it looks really good..
Edit - Well, not that version anyway...

Although they mention in the article that the Civic is the only NA car,if they were able to get their hands on this Civic -it probably wouldn't matter that the competition was turbo.;)
This particular Civic is faster than the Mugen RR-don't know whether they will release a limited number of them.
