Hey guys~ I have a 2008 Accord vti

and I have jus bought a set of after market

parking sensors and am planning to get it installed

by car electricians. I would just like to ask if it will be a big job

getting it installed and about how long will it take for it to be installed?

The quotes I have so far range between $140-$250. That was for my 2004 Accord V6 Lux.

I haven't talked to Honda yet but they sell them genuine installed for $350ish and I can't see the unit being much more than $50-$100, so based on that I wouldn't pay more than $250 for install.

As for installation time, based on those prices I'd say 2-3 hours.

I just bought a 2008 Accord VTI-L, and looking at installing rear parking sensor as well.
Can i ask how much did you pay for the aftermarket part?

Thanks

I went to Hong Kong for a holiday and I paid $380 HKD (around $80) for the whole unit. So I am just going to bring it back to Aust and get it installed.
