Go straight to K24.......do not past go do not collect $200!

A wise man once told me, "If you want a fast car, start with a fast car"......its true (IMO)!

Nepolian pretty much summed it up. I don't even know why i ended up with a integra type S or even a honda for that matter ;)

Don't bother modding that car.

Get a Type R or Type S.

Really depends on the budget for mods. Being a base DC5, usual I/H/E still wont make it as fast as a stock DC5R/S IMO.

Turbo would be the best option as the engine runs a little less compression to the K20A/A2.

Maybe consider a K24 conversion or a Jackson S/C kit. People in the US get their SI's going pretty well with them.

Changing to a DC5R/S could be quite costly as you have to 1) Sell car. 2) Buy car and pay stamp duty etc. Easy 10-15K turnaround.

But if you are happy with the performance of the car as it is, the I/H/E may suit you :)

i reckon do a k20/24 frank, will be cheaper than getting a type r then modding it...

Don't sell the car, if you like it, work with what you have. Plenty of things you can do to the engine, including swapping the head etc., but the quickest and easiest way to gain awesome power from your car would be a turbo kit (not to mention $ to power gain ratio).

There are plenty of people turbocharging base/luxury Integras in the states with awesome results. The 5sp manual transmission is stronger than the 6sp and you see a lot of guys in the States with Type S' swapping to the 5sp when they boost their cars.

Head over to www.clubrsx.com and have a look around.
