The look that i want to achieve is a JDM VIP PHAT WHEELS AND UNDERSIZE TYRES.. which rims you guys reckon will suit more?

Both wheels are Genuine.

RPF1 type RC
18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear (45+ offset) with (255/40/18 tyres on rear)

Then you have already made up your mind, so it doesnt really matter.

Also the Enkei is not vip rim but the NKB is.

So im confused with your question ,

decision made.. sold my NKB's and got the Enkei's... wanna try a different look this time.. Japanese phat vip.. the main reason i got the Enkeis is because i dont want to have problems with the cops (and i dont want an engineering cert), have a EuroR kit on. which i dont think will suit the NKBs and save on tyres... and not many people have the RPF1 TypeRC's.

The enkei RPF1 is not a vip rim,
Your car will be racer style. JDM, especially with the euro R kit on.
