Front seats are 100% compatible between sedans/coupes/hatches. It's the rears that are uncompatible obvisously (The coupe and hatch rear seats look similar, but no go).

Awesome - and are they a huge improvement, in terms of hugginess, lower seating position, etc.?

lol !
I like the boredomness of what Perth can offer ;)

make me an offer on them and i'll consider boxing them up for interstate freight.

they are definitely firmer compared to the stock em1 seats. em1 stockies are the same as gli so nothing fantastic. As for the ride seating position i noticed a knob at the side but i havnt touched it yet since i put the seats in. Im not sure how high they are cos i had recaros taken out and they were quite low.

Overall i am very happy with the quality of the ek4 seats...the fabric has a nice feel and it feels firm. I will definitely recommend it as a good alternative to aftermarket reclinables for those guys like me who cannot afford expensive buckets

also .. Did you know ?

The civic hatch VTir seats are exactly the same as what the Americans get in their Type R integras. The seats are the same shape/design but the americans get the 'velvet-like' fabric covering with red stitch.
They dont get recaros ;)

Interesting stuff. I know the USDM ITR didn't get Recaro's, but I didn't notice that their seats are actually the same as the EK4 over here.
