Hey guys,
looking on at both cars at the moment.
cant really decide -
this is my opinions on both cars though .
should i be going for a car for its looks or its engine?
how it is newer..
personally i think the EK sedan is ugly.
what are your thoughts ? maybe this can help in my decision.
thanks

ek sedans are not ugly after some mods. they look better than ek hatches though :P
generally speaking newer car is always better. get the one with lower kms and in better condition ie: paintwork, panels etc

two different cars
if you dont have to carry ppl around alot and are just wanting it to complete daily driving duties ethier vechile will do the job well
the ek sedans are longer than the egs and obviously a lil bit more on the heavy side
both if kept to the log book services will look after you in the long run
Im baised and like the EKs for their upgraded shape and slightly bigger interior

just a noob question guys,
a newer engine with higher km's vs a older engine with less km's, do they sort of balance out? Just wanted to know cause im looking at a 2000 civic with 190,000 km's on it..it's high I know but if it's been serviced regularly then.. what you guys think?
Sometimes it isn't all about KM's, also depends on how it was looked after.

x2 for example Im sure there are owners that dont change their oil as often (every 5,000ks) as I do and use geniune parts and even at 200,000km on my engine, Ive seen ones at the wreckers with under 120km that are in piss poor condition in comparison, km alone have nothing to do with a motorcar

I would balance out in an ideal situation. for example the lower k's engine might have been thrashed and neglected in servicing whereas the higher k's engine may have been treated and serived well like mentioned above ^^
GENERALLY speaking newer cars are always better to go for

check up the engine, on both cars ...
Check histories of those cars, look at body, detailed-ly check for any over spray or wadver.
u should know.
If ur going for younger car, g for EK, if u want a car that is more " cute or adorable "
LOL go for the EG/EH vti. But i must say, the vti goes quicker than the vti version of the EK

go the sedan!
hehehehe nice advert on the appearance thread raz hahaha
but yeh generally the newer car is the better one... seals better, less leaks and creaks etc..
it depends what you want to do with it.. are you going to build it for pure power/track or will it be a nice looking daily?
