Mugen Kits for FD1

Hi guys,
I'm quite new to cars , but have a 09 honda civic and just wanted to ask, how much would a lip kit and rear spoiler set me back(installed and painted )? also will it make the car more dangerous/more expensive to insure? I have a scratch i want to get rid of soon on my lower bumper, and was thinking i could have the car improved on rather than jsut simply repairing it. thanks!

the prices change

for fibreglass - $600 - 700? maybe cheaper throught mates rate lol
ABS - 800? maybe more.

to get it painted and installed? no idea really.

get the scratched fixed when u get ur lip painted

got my lip kit - ABS for 400 bucks - but that ebay seller has run out of em now =[. Prices range from about 400-800.. and if u get it from like malaysia.. inc. shipping.. maybe 1k even.. NOT inc paint/install.. but painting and install is aobut 600-700 all up without mates rates
