Car has spark but wont start

Hey guys ,
i tryd starting my car and it wont start it just cranks , ive checked all of the spark plugs and they all appear to be giving out a spark.
Ive reset the ECU, changed distributor, checked fuses and still no go.
Help anyone?

Efi or carby?

If Efi, is the fuel pump priming?

does it continue to crank or does it stop after a second or so? Have u tried to charge your battery?

does your fuel pump prime and your check engine light go out?

if not then it sounds like your main relay. the joints can get dry. theres a simple DIY trick to bring them back to life. Just some simple soldering.
