jap headunit question!

ok may be abit of a noob question BUT my mate has given me a 7" touch screen headunit from his r34 he imported from japan... now i wanna get rid of my headunit so i can put this in and i was just wondering if theres a way to allow it to pick up melbournes normal FM radio stations like nova and fox fm etc...??? and does anyone in melboure speak japanese so mayve you can help me set language to english???

just go to any audio shop or Jaycar and ask for FM expander . . .

and that plugs into the back where the aerial goes then the aerial plugs into that?? cheers mate!

also do you know if you can change the language on them? or get like chips to play all region dvds

o and if the TV doesnt work here can you get an expander for that to?
cause it aint a shit brand.
