How to change gearbox oil

i got a 1994 integra and just gotta change the gearbox oil and wondering how/where i take the old oil out and put new oil in??

er there is a DIY thread somewhere I just cbb searching and posting a link for you, pretty simple, but then again I cbb telling you because there is a nice detailed thread with pictures and pop ups that you would like.. cos mine is rather a bore to read..
