cl9 HID questions

hi guys, im thinking of change the OEM halogen bulbs on my euro sports. ive been doing a bit of trolling on the forums and am a little confused on the differences between h1, h2...h11 etc what are the differences?

i was also keen on getting phillips crystalvision but saw that there were mixed views on it saying how its not that bright and has really crappy lifespan (even though i thought hid lifespan was longer than halogens)

could anyone recommend any that are better than that in terms of light cutoffs and colour. im not looking to spend too much as i heard some kits are 300+

also any recommendations for the parkers, high beams and foglights? i think if i was to change the headlamps, might as well do them all right.

H1, H2 etc are the bulb sizes. You want H1, i'd get HID's over the halogen bulbs. Check on ebay, they're cheap as chips. I've had mine for over a year now, and they're pretty easy to install. I'd also go for 6000k, 8000k looks nice and blue, but you cant see too much.

If you're gonna stick with halogens, go for phillips crystal vision.
