So i was driving back from a mall, navigating my way through the carpark but as i was turning around the corner i realised i must have turned too close and heard a scraping noise. I stopped, and put it in reverse and scraped it again , got out of the car and had a look, nothing was wrong from the otuside but when i look under the car http://i581.photobucket.com/albums/ss256/Jaaackee/undercar.jpg

just wondering if there is naything i should do to stop it from rusting or anything like that, thanks in advance.

nah i bought mine from the service guys.

on another note, i've scraped the bottom of my FD1. driving over one of those things in the carpark which is meant to stop u. in all fairness, i was on a rooftop parking lot for the first time (unsw for anyone who cares) and the lights were all out so i was driving in pitch black. i didn't see the grey-coloured bar on the ground and thought it was the direct route to the down ramp... and suddenly WHAM >_> oh well.

you don't need touch up paint necessarily, you can use a cheaper spray paint if you wish, it's just to stop the scratch exposed to dirt and water which in turn will cause oxidation..
hell you could fill it with a resin :p waste of time though

heh, mine happened at the parking lot at dfo with the narrow turns down to the bottom floor. the turn didn't quite pull off properly and car scraped mid way and on the way back out. popped into honda today, won't get the paint til wednesday. kind of paranoid lol

Since its at the bottom, you can use a bituminous spray cheaply purchased from autobarn/supercheap and the like.

I know EXACTLY how you feel jace lol...

And also becareful if you go to the top most level where up the ram you'll scrape the middle of the car not the front! Thats with the driver only btw...
