The car is getting on now, 211xxx ks, just wondering when and if there is a need to replace the seat belts or is it just based on condition? It's just that the drivers one doesn't retract as well as it used to anymore

try to pull it suddenly and make sure it holds you down.
check for fraying, slits/cuts on the sowing and belt itself i guess.
got a set for sale if you need!!:p

the look ok, just the drivers one is getting lazy when you undo it
not always does it want to retract up, and more times than not I have to tuck it behind my seat when I get out, lol
checked all 5 of them, no fraying or cuts, which is good, it's mainly the drivers seat that gets used, the others haven't had much life under my ownership lol

yeah the main thing is mechanism inside the seatbelt should be able to hold you down in case of a sudden jerk (e.g. accident) and the belt should be able to hold you down.
dont think theres anything else to worry about.
oh. what if the belt release latch stuck? get stuck while drowning lol.

it still grips up at a sudden jerk which is good

Mine are frayed a bit. I went to Honda and they quoted me like $460 per seat belt. Best thing to do is get some second hand in good nick.
