Advice for spark plugs and spark plug wires

Hi guys! I need to get some new spark plugs and spark plug wires for my EF7 (zc engine), so I want some advice for that. As I dont know which I should get.

and spark plug cables is generally recommended you stay with oem or at least ngk replacement cables for oem :)

but also if you search in the tech section a lot of people recommend the cheaper copper plugs and reasons why.

my reason is because iridiums have fouled for various reasons long before their lifespan on most of my previous cars.

mine died recently because plug wells were flooded with oil due to the plug seals being worn from opening the rocker cover a lot.

iridiums might last 5 times as long but if it does die for whatever reason it's more money spent
thats my reasoning anyway

I'd go to Honda for both, Denso is the gear :D

as for leads, def Honda, mine are over 200xxx ks old and still in excellent nick (unlike the countless Nissan ones I had to buy, lol)

$5 a plug from memory but add 20% as parts went up on 1st of Feb

save money and pending on age (like mine) a bswap would be easier to achieve on double your budget

either way just go with the ngk plugs and leads, they're running okay in my b18 ;)
