DIY request- removing trim to access 12v power on Euro CU2

hi could anyone tell me how to remove the cover above the footwell on the euro Cu2?
theres a light there i can probably try to use to power some Neons
but i dont noe how to remove the trims, its flimsy so im scare of snapping some clips

it shud be kinda generic accross all cars.

also how to access the lighter power cable as well, as an alternative option
