New Civic remote boot release. Can i get it?

just noticed that the refreshed Civic has a remote boot release now standard on all models. Just wanted to see if anyone has been able to get one of those or know if it is possible to hook them up with my civic i bought last year.

there's a guy from Singapore who makes the kit. fairly easy to install (half hour DIY job)
if you have access to friends in Singapore, they should be able to get the kit from Dexter. Should be cheaper than whats quoted below since that included fitting.

nope. the module is diff for 09 civic. with 09 civic module, you need to change the key/transmitter:thumbdwn:

i pm'd him and he said that he's ordered some in, mines on hold til after i get my windows tinted.. :) we can do gorup install up here in bris lol aero and mark ^_^

hey! remember to get me on teh window tinting!! tell us when ur ready to get it done and we'll negotiate a day when we can both go :D...
altho it is gonna be winter soon.. tinting now would just be about looks, rather than keeping heat out... but since when has tinting been about keeping the heat out? amirite?! lol :p
