Sports mode switch

Hey guys do u know if i would be able to wire up the sports mode button on my AT shift handle to a missile switch?
Coz i want to change the shift handle coz the metallic paint on the button is cutting my fingers :thumbdwn: and i figured an AT razo shift knob would look pretty kool.
so would anyone know how hard this would be to do? or even doable at all?

should be pretty east.. jus open up the shift hand and run the wires to where u want to plant the missile button and then jus solder the wires onto the missile button.. i dont fink it should be hard..
