My RS-R super lows i have in my EG do wonders compared to my old eg with stock springs.
Plus keeps the car nice nd low.

Heard some rumors after the change in ownership. By no means do i reccomend against going to k-mac... just be careful (I hear alot of crap aswell as proper info. Better to be safe than sorry.)
Oh and RS*R springs + KYB Shocks =] Best value for money imo.

eibach springs are awesome
had sportline ones before on my ek, probably the only springs i'd use without going coilovers

Tein s-tech's.
Progressive springs.
Very streetable springs with stock shocks.
Performs even better with decent shocks.

i use King Spring with my DC5 R... i guess they are pretty good....
i am thinking of buying TANABE coilover..... what you guys think?
