i drive a honda accord inspire, and i have a squeak in my suspension. it occurs when i turn and sometimes go over large bumps yet i dont know where it comes from. anyone in the know about this? is it major? or someting small and will it damage my car in anyways? and mainly, how do i fix it?
been driving it like this for a few months now and i think its times to fix it because since its been raining, it got worse.
cheers in advance, ponti.

Do you hear the noise when you're turning slightly or full-lock? if it occurs when you're doing a full-lock of your steering wheel, it's probably your CV joint as well. if it happens when you're turning slightly, then it's not the CV joint. had the same problem when i first changed my suspension. go to a mechanic and get him to lube the springs/joints and areas around the sussy. it's probably bone dry and just rubbing against other joints when you're turning or hit bumps.
if lubeing doesn't help, then it's best to do a proper diagnosis of the problem.
good luck

yeah it occurs at all turns, even the slightest turns but its worse in the wet weather. ill try the lube on alll the joints and hope all works well..
cheers for the idea.

It might be the bush in one or both of the rear suspension arms, or any worn suspension bush for that matter. If you like I can have a look at this months cruise if you haven't fixed it by then.

ahhh sweet! that would be heaps good, but depends if i bring her or not.
shes a rare breed, but shes standard so i feel outta place too.
but yeah its coming from the front. i was thinking it was the bushes but the most logical thing to try was to lube it up also. but all in all..if its the bushes i hope its the same as the adm suspension setup. if not, im f***ed.
