HEy what's it mean when they express the light as this: "Front parking lights, 12 V 3 CP"

My year 11 physics knowledge indicates to me that its 12 V, but what the heck is CP? Candlepower? (luminosity)

CP is CandlePower.

Haven't really seen that unit used much, coz there's lumens now.
