Does anyone knows the compression i will get for the following????

Part No: SKU 13030-K20-001

Also , how much HP gains will i get with the following setup:
( Current Setup now @ 215 ATW )
-Euro R K20A Engine 2.0L
-Toda A2 Cams with valve springs
-Hondata K-100
-Toda Header with test-pipe
-HKS Silent Hi-power Exos
-Toda Tensioner
-Spoon Ventruri TB
-Gruppe M

( Planned Setup )
with the above + the following:

- Toda Piston SKU 13030-K20-001
- Port & Polished
- ACL Racing Bearings
- FD2R Crank-Shaft
- FD2R Con-Rods
- FD2R Oil-Pump
