Old Engine

Just wondering what the quickest way is to get rid of an old engine from my old DA9. (no longer have the car and it was a spare engine)
Can i call the wreckers to come pick it up or can i take it to a metal scrap place.
Its a complete engine less a few things.

Take it to the tip.
Take it to wreckers.
Throw it in a river.
Throw it in one of those huge bins that restaurants have.
Throw it over the fence & onto the neighbours yard :)

Sell it to Metal merchant, metal prices have gone up now so you might get a few good dollars out of it.

sell it! i'm sure there is someone willing to buy it...its not as quick as taking it to the wreckers or a metal merchant though
